INSiAVA has developed several IP blocks and a general purpose SMPS controller for AC-DC and DC-DC power converters. In addition, the company has developed a technology that could provide an integrated galvanic isolation barrier to replace conventional feedback through conventional industry standard opto-isolation. These IP blocks are suited for incorporation as ASIC for specific power management applications.
INSiAVA has extensive experience to develop and produce standard CMOS ICs containing silicon light emitting technology. The company's technology does not require modification of the fabrication process, thereby allowing fabrication in practically all standard CMOS foundries. Products include a stand-alone microdisplay product based on the company's technology that has an integrated library of character sets and a standard digital control interface (SPI).
As a platform technology, silicon light emission can be used in a number of applications such as opto-isolation, microdisplays, microfluidic sensing and chip-to-chip communication.
